Valrie Cares Immigration Services Incorporated (Valrie Cares) is NOT a law firm, and is NOT endorsed by, or affiliated with, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), or any other U.S. government entity.

We are immigration assistance providers, licensed by the State of Georgia, providing non-legal immigration services. Such services are provided based on our Terms of Engagement, Non-Disclosure, and No Conflict-of-Interest Agreement, executed for each client

We are mindful of the unauthorized practice of law; therefore, Valrie Cares CANNOT, WILL NOT, and DOES NOT currently provide legal advice.

We are in the process of/have applied to the Department of Justice to become a recognized organization and for a staff member to become an accredited representative to provide legal services and represent clients at USCIS.

In the meantime, at the client's request, we only assist our clients in preparing immigration forms and documents based on the information they provide, and the instructions available for free on the U.S.CIS website; this should NOT be substituted for the legal advice of an Immigration Attorney.

Valrie Cares may refer clients requiring legal advice to an experienced and independent Immigration Attorney. Any attorney-client relationship formed therefrom is non-binding to and exclusive of Valrie Cares' services to the client.
